Jamie grew up in northern Colorado on her families small pig operation. She now calls her husband’s family ranch home.  Jamie enjoys being creative and thinking outside of the box —  hence her love for photography and design! As our designer, she builds, edits and maintains our client’s websites and creates high quality designs for social media, print, web and brand assets.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Alex grew up in the rodeo and livestock industry. With a passion for small and agriculture based businesses, she attended an agricultural focused college, UT Martin, where she obtained her Bachelor's in Marketing and then her Master's in Business. She's passionate about helping our clients share their story, while building engagement, community, and helping them excel beyond their goals.

Lexi is born & raised in the heart of production agriculture in Kansas. With experience in leadership development, marketing, & small business development, she loves to go to work with small business owners. She enjoys chasing her 4 kids and working with her husband to grow their own herd.

Jordyn grew up in New Mexico on a cattle ranch, but now calls Montana home. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in business communications. Jordyn has an obvious passion for agriculture and education and dives right in on every project - including being our Cattleman U Director!

Ambria is motivated by the western lifestyle, residing and working on a ranch in Montana. She truly enjoys training horses and dogs alongside her husband. From capturing people’s stories as podcast manager, to being part of KRose’s in person events, she enjoys working on anything that will impact people and their business goals.

Linnea is a Wisconsin native who now calls Oklahoma home. She recently graduated with her Master's degree in agricultural communications and loves promoting the agricultural industry. Linnea strives to make relatable and informative content and is always eager to start something new!

Kayla and her family call the hi-line of northern Montana home. With a degree in Business Management and extensive experience in agriculture and finance, she is ready to tackle any task. She enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities including cow work, gardening, running, and exploring nature with her kids.

Ali was born and raised on a cow/calf operation in the southwest corner of Missouri, where she still runs commercial cattle with her dad and her fiancé. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri, studying agriculture education and animal science. She enjoys spending time outdoors, live music, and traveling. She holds a passion for shedding a positive light on agricultural life and educating others about the industry.
